When you choose this service, I complete your bookkeeping once per month. During that time, I review and update your accounts to keep your records current and organized. I remain available for emails and questions throughout the month. However, I hold any documents, requests, or tasks submitted between bookkeeping cycles and address them during your next scheduled monthly update.

We’ll use QuickBooks Ledger, included in the monthly fee. It provides basic bank connections and reporting without additional features. This service applies only to clients using QuickBooks Ledger, and is not available to those who use higher-level QuickBooks Online subscriptions.

Each new client receives a one-time training session, during which I will show you how to run your reports and understand your financials.

Monthly pricing depends on your average number of transactions over the previous three months. However, I do not charge a fee to set up your books! If your books need to be brought up to date from prior months, I’ll charge a one-time catch-up fee based on your transaction volume and service tier.
